MARA LINGERIE FASHION SHOW TO BENEFIT PATTY BRISBEN FOUNDATION FOR WOMEN’S
SEXUAL HEALTH

Cincinnati, Ohio (August 15, 2011) – A partnership between women leaders will result in an evening in the
clouds when MARA USA hosts the second annual “One Night Stand” lingerie fashion show at the Ascent in
Covington. This year’s event will benefit the Patty Brisben Foundation for Women’s Sexual Health and women
from around the region will preview the recently-launched lingerie company’s 2011-2012 Fall/Winter line.

Monika Rathnayake and Arlene Aranzamendez, founders of the MARA USA lingerie line became interested in the
work of the Foundation while researching how to continue their support of women’s health issues. Because of
their dedication to helping women of all generations, the partnership seemed a natural fit. “MARA USA is sultry
high fashion, and it’s high-minded,” says Rathnayake. Aranzamendez continues, “a portion of proceeds benefit
women in need around the world. So when you buy MARA USA lingerie, you empower a woman.”

“This year the Patty Brisben Foundation for Women’s Sexual Health has made significant contributions, including
providing grants to the North American Menopause Society to educate women about menopause and sexuality
and the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine’s Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology for research in
sexual function after cancer,” said Jessica Johnston, Patty Brisben Foundation for Women’s Sexual Health
executive director. “We are so delighted that MARA USA and their founders realize the important work of the
Foundation, and how their contributions will make a difference in the lives of women.”

The “One Night Stand” lingerie fashion show takes place on Friday, September 30 from 7-11PM and features
Patron Premium Spirits, models’ hair and makeup by Amanda Kelly Salon, and music by DJ !dentity from Model
Citizen Sound. Just 100 tickets are available for this exclusive event ($65 Individual, $100 VIP) and can be

The Patty Brisben Foundation serves to enhance women’s sexual health and well-being through research and
education. The Patty Brisben Foundation was started after Pure Romance Founder and CEO Patty Brisben
realized the lack of information available to healthcare providers and patients regarding sexual health.

Nearly half of all women experience sexual difficulties at some point in their lives. The Patty Brisben Foundation
